LPS Campus Coordinators

Campus Coordinator Appointees: Each campus has its own organization and processes for consultation and decisions. To coordinate 23 campuses’ interests in this evaluation and negotiation process effectively, we will assure respect for the uniqueness of each campus’ consultation and decision processes as well as coordinate the communication and consultation across our diverse campuses. The LPS Campus Coordinator’s responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating communications between the systemwide LPS Taskforce and his/her campus’ consultation processes during RFP evaluation phases
  • Communicate campus anticipated commitments to purchase products and services to Evaluation Committee as we prepare to negotiate with vendors and determine choices for Master Enabling Agreements.

The appointee will communicate with and coordinate feedback from a wide range of campus stakeholders, including faculty, students, staff, CIO’s, Directors of Academic Technology, and procurement officers.

REMEMBER: The RFP process will provide campuses choices and campuses are welcome to remain with their current learning management systems if they so choose, consistent with University procurement processes as evaluated at each campus.
